Pawn Structures which better for White?

I'd like to compare two pawn structures, and ask which of the two should white prefer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is the first. Which I like for white, because he was able to create in black's position all isolated pawns.

Now watch the second:

if u r just looking ar pawns, then #1 as u said blacks pawns r bad, but w/ other peices involved, have no idea
