The time limit on games on this site is measured in days. If you have to leave now, just come back tomorrow and finish the game. Why do you think you'll lose points?

Oh no! 30 minutes! And you have 24 hours to make a move...

...and there was no mate in two in your game...

What's the hurry.   When you agreed to the game, you knew 3 days per move or 5 days per move, whatever the agreement.  If you want a quicker game find someone and have a face to face game with a chess timer.  Quit complaining about a agreement that hasn't worked out the way you wanted.Smile  Be adult about this.  Thanks

I also checked out your game,I did not see mate in 2 moves , in fact I,m not sure that if I was playing you that I would have resigned.

A wanker's favorite opening:  that which allows your opponent mate in two in under thirty moves, simply called the Wanker Opening.   Popularized by Philo Wanker, 19th Century English sot/horrendous pub player, he was so bad his opponents would console him by buying him a beer after each loss.  This motivated Philo to create the Accelerated Wanker (mate in two under twenty moves) and the Hyper-Accelerated Wanker (mate in two under ten moves).  These openings remain popular among bad pub players to this day.

many people who play chess on this site are in a hurry.  I don't get it.  relax and enjoy some nice chess.

Well said, why are these people playing multi-day per move games? Are they so dumb they didn't notice they weren't signing up for blitz chess?

here is the solution to slow players. Play more games! Trust me if you end up with as many games as me you'll start wishing everyone played slower :)

I'd say that critical positions, such as a possible 2 move mate, is the moment when you should spend a lot of time on your next move. You can't fault a player for spending the time needed to find a way out of a checkmate.

As has been said before, you agreed to the terms of the game, now live with them.

If you don't like to wait play blitz chess!  Many people like myself have hectic work schedules and find it extremely difficult to find the time to just sit and play.
