Performance difference between mobile & desktop games

Does anyone know of any general statistics or data available on wether players play better or worse when on the chess.com mobile app compared to desktop?

A friend of mine claimed he was around 100 ELO better when playing on desktop, sitting comfortably with a mouse, rather than when playing on the phone while on the metro.

Also anyone know of any statistical performance difference between over the board games and online?

Depending on Time Control, I dont Think Playing on phone Will affect Your Rating When You Play Rapid Game.

But Different on bullet or 3 mins blitz, I play bullet Tournament on lichess Before And I Get paired With Chessknock(2500 bullets at that Time) . When I see His stream on youtube I Found I Have Delay on my Game 1 Second per Move. This Surprise Me Because i think Moving Pieces instanly on my phone.
