sandbagging is losing tons of games purposely to lower your rating (usually done in leagues/arenas)

How one can cheat in a hyperbullet? Is there any technology? I am surprised. I didn't know of this. Some cheat in longer time control games. But in hyperbullet how that is possible? That is so fast!
