I don't know what "the best method" is for getting over loses, but here are some of my thoughts. First, always remember-- it's only a game. In the eternal scheme of things winning or losing a chess game is really not important. Second, always remember that no matter how good you are (or think you are) there is always going to be someone better than you (reguardless of their rating). And third, learn from your mistakes. Do some analysis of your games. I've looked at your games and you don't seem to be on any kind of losing streak. So, buck up, and remember, it's only a game.

What is the best method of getting over a string of successive defeats and implementing it? Then getting back and playing good chess. Thanks for any tips.
