I'd forgotten that.
The way I look at it for rooks is open files. Then of course the knight on a5 has no squares. I also look for weak pawns to target.
White is better in all those areas, but I'm not sure white's rook can infiltrate. So my quick impression is it's about equal, but certainly more comfortable for white.
