Well at the higher levels Fried Liver won't really work, and I suggest you play the Caro-Kann or Sicilian instead of the Stafford unless it is blitz because the Stafford has too much theory.

Also for the first part, isn't white still equal in the main line of the knight attack?

I'm Currently rated 800. How far do you think I can get in a month of chess? I geniunely feel like I might be able to get to something like 1300 in a month. (Yes it seems far fetched but my first thought was aiming for 1500)

If you aim so much in this month, what are you going to aim next month.

You just lost all credibility with that statement.

lol u can believe what you want.

A 1200 daily player advising an 1100 rapid player on openings, and theory?

Yea...

How does one suggest the Sicilian in place of the Stafford because of too much theory?

SICILIAN IS THE MOST THEORETICAL OPENING

lol ur judging someone by a daily rating. I am a 1700 rapid player advising a 1100 rapid player. I lost on time tons of games accidently and went from 1500 to 1200.

That's like Stevie Wonder teaching Ray Charles how to drive.

You just think that Stafford can be refuted with one move. Magnus Carlsen lost to it.

And? Let’s say Magnus beat the Queen’s Gambit, which he has on numerous occasions.

It’s refuted?

lol I won't argue about this again.

Don’t. You’re wrong.

I'd do lots of puzzles, lessons, and play ing games. Chess books are also great.

I was actually looking for chess books, do you know the names of any that I could perhaps look for at a library?

All the chess books are shelved together. Look up chess as a subject to find the number.

Chances are good that your local library has five or six chess books.

1) Pretty sure 6.h3 refutes it... that's one move... ok so I had to learn not to play Kg1 or Kxe4. That took me a few minutes. Any opening that can be refuted in a few minutes is...

2) Pretty sure meme gambits don't work because everyone knows them.

3) Pretty sure it doesn't matter to me anyway since I play 3.Nc3.

Does every Canadian library use Dewey?

Last time I was in one, yes.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2TsKiRn3dI This is not a meme gambit, and yes it doesn't matter to you.

So... in that video he beat a 1500 who tried the gambit... do you even know what videos you're linking?

He got a bad position in a 1 minute game then got a lucky checkmate.

Wow, that's exactly the kind of argument I'd expect from someone defending a meme opening.

See! This is how it works in Bullet and Blitz! That is why it needs so much theory!

Yeah, I definitely couldn't avoid it with a single move...

Let me show you how some of my recent unrated lichess games have gone since the meme gambit appeared:
