However, making an accusation in the public forums is not the correct way to deal with it. Make sure your opponent really is cheating by verifying with the Cheating Discussion club at https://www.chess.com/club/cheating-forum and then report it to the Support team via Help --> Report Abuse or https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new
