Player who refuse draw

What mental defect would cause a person to play to a sure draw - https://www.chess.com/echess/game?id=127628592 - refuses to draw even when told my Queen will never be pinned in this game. There should be some special place in hell.

Since you are still playing, we can't really comment. I would avoid making further insulting remarks about your opponent unless you really want to find out how long it can take to get through 50 moves at 14 days per move.

File a report for the chess.com staff. I'm sure they will draw the game for you.

Maybe your opponent is bad a drawing. Offer them some art tips.

Not likely. It has been only two moves since a capture.

You have misunderstood the grounds on which the draw would be claimed. Obviously I am not claiming a draw via a repetition rule. I am claiming a draw on the grounds that my opponent is not playing to win. Something that people go to arbitors about in OTB games all the time.

I don't know how often that kind of adjudication takes place here on Chess.com. I thought it was highly unusual and reserved for extreme cases, where one side has been deliberately stalling.  

I think you would have a hard time proving that in this case until the game goes on for another six months or so.

It's entirely within your opponent's prerogative to play the game as long as he/she wishes to. You can either agree to a draw, or play the game out to the 50-move-rule. 

No rule is being broken here, and no staff will declare it a draw for you. 

In OTB, under FIDE rules you can make this claim only when you have less than 2 minutes in your clock, a finis and without increment.

I never claimed anything illegal - It just gets on my nerves, when a player is told the Queen is not going to get pinned - that he is familiar with the trap and has offered multiple draws - why go on? I recently had the same thing and the game went 40 over the last capture before they got the idea. It kind of ruins the spirit and fun of the game. We are only talking two points here. When they have been told do not let the low rating fool you and I could play the position blindfolded they still go on. We are talking serious mental problems here. When I am down with no hope I resign to save both sides.

Yeah, you said pinned in your OP too. That isn't a tactic to be wary of in this position. If you incorrectly used the word pin in place of skewer when talking to your opponent too, then he may see himself as having that bit more of a reason for playing on.

If you want to end the game early and go on with life then resign

That's unfortunate. I was kinda hoping to see a 50 move draw play out over the course of the next couple of years.

Oftentimes the player who insists on playing on in such positions blunders the queen themselves... :-) 

Sit back, relax and enjoy the show. You don't know what you're getting. 

You thought you were going to draw this - you might well get a win at some point.
