Some people play chess just to run victories into other people's faces
Of course many chess players are not like that but simply have no social skills.
But there are those who play chess just because they are trash. Such individuals are usually men which adds to the sex discrepancy in the number of chess players.
I just got a pm from such a person. Reported him, blocked him. But still that type of player isn't exactly uncommon. I have run into this type many times on line through the years.
