Playing chess for $$$ shouldn't be illegal !!!

Verbal contract between two parties is enough.

Paying taxes shouldn't be considered, because you don't earn tons of money it's nt poker.

Less crime , less drinking, drugs, fights etc... , easier control groups of people who's playing chess instead of huge drunk crowd, people will get more educated , some will want to improve and join a professional clubs.

I've played a lot of chess for money. It never occurred to me that it could possibly be illegal, since it isn't gambling.

Agree, government just calls it illegal just to make us work for them , pay them taxes and do all the work for them, but when you are independent and work for yourself, they get upset and start calling it gambling, waiste of time just to makeit illegal legally.
