but humans play differently and well, if you want to learn how to play against humans....

Does anyone know what the computer chess levels are rated at?
In other words, what would Level 5 be comparable to? 1200?
And, is computer chess a good way to improve your game, or is it really better to always play against a human? I feel less pressured playing against the computer, but I really wouldn't want to do that if it is holding me back.
