Do you play rated or unrated? Both have option to pick your opponent's rating range so you can put it on +25 and you wont be facing anyone 25 points higher than you. In my rated games I use -25 to +200 and I consider it best way to improve :) have a nice day
Playing "New To Chess" and "Beginner" mode and getting nuked by Intermediate and Advanced players?
Hi guys and gals,
I'm new to Chess. I mean, really. I have the lowest rating you can find and I couldn't care less It's a game and I'm happy to play with someone a bit above or below my rating so I can learn and advance in this wonderful game at my own pace. I don't really mind losing because I'm old enough to know that ego trips in Chess, as in general, are ephemeral.
But what I find disturbing is me playing "New To Chess" and "Beginner" mode and getting nuked by Intermediate and/or Advanced players? I mean, really? Is it only me or there's a community of good players wanting to play with lesser good ones for the sake of smelling the burning flesh and ego trips?
Dito!
Have a good one and keep it up!

I just looked at your rapid stats on the website. Your rapid rating is only one point higher than your opponents' average rating.
