Playing Passive Can Do The Trick in BLITZ

Seen this opening a few months and went through some theory but I had never employed it. Lately I've on a losing streak so I thought a slightly passive opening might do the trick, and it did.

The point is after c3 you cxd4 and play d6 and a timely d5 sometime in the middlegame. You want to pressure the a8 to h1 diagonal thus if allowed getting your queen to a8 is very good. In addition you want your rooks on e8 and c8 or d8 (c8 more preferable)

Your aim is to let the the opponent try to punish your passive play by baiting him to push pawns and create weakness. And once he slips up you play d5/e5 and bust open the position, with your rooks played on powerful central files and bishops on strong diagonals.
