Find puzzles that require you spend more time on them. This will show your brain that your intuition is not always good enough to find the right moves.

Hello chess enthusiasts! I have played thousands of bullet games, and now with my interest in serious tournament play rising, I have realized that while my intuition is fine (70/100) my calculation is roughly 20/100 for a simple reason: I play too quickly. Any tips for playing slower and being less intuitive and more calculative? Thanks!
