ah yes, this account. i played this person 7 times when i was around the 1400s of bullet, and lost every time. dunno if it's a cheater but seems to never play rated bullet

Nice, so just bypass cheatdetection by setting your games to unrated, get matched against rated players, and continue to punish people 24/7 365

it could also be an underrated player. and yeah i understand it is frustrating. there are accounts like that, underrated and don't play rated ever so they win a lot
fyi that you're technically not supposed to discuss cheating here, but rather in the cheating forum, and this thread may get locked for that reason

Publicly accusing someone of cheating is not cool. Report the person if you feel he/she is cheating and chess.com will look into it.

That's what i que'd in rated matchmaking for. So I can play smurfs who punish people all day, continue to punish people all day everyday, and completely kill any interest i have in playing. Thank you.

there are several issues with the data that you posted. idk if i'll go through it thoroughly but high accuracies only matter if it is a clear pattern and not a bunch of random short games lost by blunders (you don't show that information). the games won against cheaters look normal. the premoving 68 times looks like a trolling way to finish the game
re: the "games without an engine," i've been accused of cheating bc i played not-horribly one game and then collapsed in the rematch. i think bullet is just a tc where performance naturally varies a ton for obvious reasons
i'm with you on this player being annoying, but not convinced by your data. plus, this needs to be posted in the Cheating Forum with data anonymized, not here

Can someone from the chess.com staff roster explain to me why i'm playing someone with 6002W to 239L ratio (1 loss for every 25 wins incase you were wondering) with a 1600 max bullet rating while they're playing in 1400's range?
and why also this person is getting matched against people from 100's to 600's to 1000's to 1400s?
and also why his profile isnt recording any of those games properly.
Of course, if you feel like you don't need to explain that to your user base that's cool too. just don't expect me to be playing on a site that pits me against cheaters on a repeated basis.
