Just submit an abuse report. It's easy and Chess.com ALWAYS fixes the problem.
I submitted two abuse reports within the last ten minutes.
If it's a first offense, they'll give a warning. If it's habitual / against kids, they'll remove all communication possibilities from the abuser.
Every time you play someone, win or lose, check their profile for them and if you find abusive comments, report the abuse. It's fun and you're doing the site and your fellow chess players a good deed.
If I were mod, anyone with inability to find and use: "Help > Report Abuse", would have all their posts, site and login details auto-translated to Klingon.
The right thing to do is to take a print screen when this happens and sent it with your complaint to https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new.
Please, do not public accuse, since it is agains the site rules. Just send your report to the mail above and the staff will take actions about it. Also, you can always block the abuser, so you will never meet again.

What n-word did he use? And which of the non existing notes on your profile did you mean? Please be more detailed while public naming and shaming.
Also the username could be of interest.
Otherwise we don't know which person we should throw our wet slipper at.

This guy keeps bullying and harassing me like it's nothing. He calls me the "n" word and he harasses other people when he beats them. He just went on my account and just types super offensive racial slurs. I believe that he should be banned for harassing other people including myself
