white 800
black 1400
Oh I think that an 800 player would make lots more bad blunders than white did here - really only one total clanger. I'd guess White was at least 1400 and black maybe 1600-1800.
But even Grandmasters make blunders like this on rare occasions.
white is making moves like e3 c3 dxe5? almost every beginner knows those are bad opening moves.
the only people who play openings like that are real beginners with 0 training.
You would have to know the time control to get a better idea, but black seems to clearly be the better player. The first estimate of 1600 for black is way too high. A 1600 player would have played more sharply. The lines chosen by this player are very drawish and not suited to a match with such a weak player. In fact, black only gained any sort of advantage when white blundered a pawn. My estimate is W:1000, B: 1300
Hello guys, i have a game here that i would for you to take a quick look at it, and estimate the ELO rating of each player.
you can give your own estimation, just take a look at the moves and tell me how much is white rated, and how much is black rated.
please specify the ratings like this for example:
White: x
Black: y
thank you so much in advance.
PS: you are free to give any ratings, it all depends on what you think of the game.
