PLEASE GROW UP

Hello, I don't know what got into someone today, but the rash amounts of non-sensical posts is both immature and unneeded.  If you are not happy about something, how do you think posting posts like what has been going on here is going to fix it?  I don't know if the same guy keeps creating new forums, but this is just plain silly.  If there is something you don't like about chess.com, just talk to the staff.  As long as you are being fair, they will work with you on the issue.

You mean the "invisible boy" garbage?

What a nutcase! He's obviously an emotionally stunted obsessive who probably was booted for cheating or abusing people on line. And now he's lashing out until he tires of his own childish, pathetic routine.

Yeah, I think I saw this the other day too.  I wrote him a message and just put, "Really?"  I don't know what is going on with him.  I think yesterday I saw the same thing.  How long does it take for a young man to try to resolve issues in a different format than this?  hmmm....

DrSpudnik

He's been doing this for a couple of weeks. His threads get posted until they get locked, which takes about 10-20 minutes. If anything, the computer brain should be able to zap these completely and not even show them in the thread listing. The chess.com gang will have to tinker with their program a bit, but it can be done.

This is the first I am hearing about this. what is this all about? and is this something that is taking place within my Chess Chapel?

kohai

He has been removed as have all his threads Frown

He was in live chess bragging about how he does this to other chess sites as well as to us.

I am really truly sorry any of you have had to see his vile threads on here.

Well, one of the disadvantages of Internet forums is that every malcontent and coprolalia case in the world has a chance to make his own little toxic contribution.  From what I can see, chess.com does a pretty good job of eliminating this when it occurs.  But, of course, no system is perfect.  And the pathology cases of the world can be endlessly inventive when it comes to hosing everyone else down with their venomous bile.  So it goes.

Perhaps chess.com should trace his ip address, find out his service provider and write an email to the service provider? Judging from his english, I think he's an american. If chess.com is also based in the US, chess.com may also file a report to the police. Just a suggestion though.

Kohai, no worries on my end.  He isn't bothering me at all.  I simply wish he would grow up.  Something's just not right in his life, otherwise he wouldn't get so much satisfaction from something so worthless.  I hope he can grow up, and use all that energy more productively!  ;-)

Roy, there is a fellow who gets on here in the morning and creates about 10 obnoxious threads, spamming the forums area.  Chess.com knocks it out quick - just sad this guy gets enjoyment out of something so childish.  His DOB said 1987, so he is older than a 2-year old.  Just wish he would act like it.

khoi and Chess.com staff do an outstanding job to make this the best site on the web. Sure some of the inappropiate comments of posters sometimes get     through, but i have often reminded those posters that Chess.com staff play a wicked  ENDGAME !!  Cool      lol

So if we were going to describe this in chess terms...

Unexpected chess sacrifice (crazy posts) is met with stonewallesque resistance (chess.com's stance to these posts), and the White King is whisked off the board in swift manner (kicked off the site).

Thanks Eric Dodson, for expanding my vocabulary - I had never heard that word before!

coprolalia

Coprolalia comes from the Greek κόπρος (kopros) meaning "feces" and λαλιά (lalia) from lalein, "to talk".

EXACTLY  Laughing  If we break this down even further an inappropiate post is called a GAMBIT that ends like this:          YOU  vs   Chess.com =  ?   Hummm   Cool

pindat1
