Arena master is no recognised.
Only the real FIDE titles (and some NM titles).

Yeah literally anyone can get a fide arena title by just paying 50 bucks. You have to get a otb title in order to get the chess title next to your name.

I am not messing around I know to get a title on chess.com I require a genuine certificate from FIDE and I have that from 2014 just want to know how to use that You understand original one

If you really have an official OTB title from FIDE you need to submit details to staff:
https://support.chess.com/article/661-does-chesscom-offer-benefits-for-elite-or-titled-players
But they do not honor Arena titles
