How does the point system work!!! Why do I win some games and only get 5 pts, but other games I’ll get 11??? How do they determine how many points to give out?? Thanks 😇
.. The More 'rating' points, that separate you, from your opponent, {with yourself, with the fewer points}, And, you happen to 'win', {or even 'draw'} ; The more 'points' you, {or anyone}, will be awarded. .. {D-u-h ?!}

Just for some sense of how it works, if you're reasonably active, you'll win about 10 points for beating an equally rated opponent. (New or inactive accounts win and lose many more points, sometimes over 100 for 1 game. Very active accounts win and lose less than normal per game).
To estimate, find your rating difference on this chart, and then your percentage. Multiply that (in decimal form) by 20 and that's roughly your rating change.
So 100 point difference and the higher rated player won, they will get 20 x .36 = 7.2 rating points for winning.
A 200 point difference the lower rated player wins, they'd get 20 x .76 = 15.2 rating points.
(although those are just estimates, as I said before it depends on how active you are)
