Seriously dude do a forum search. But here to go anyways. Novie Nook by Dan Heisman, Logical Chess Move by Move and tons of tactical puzzles.
Please recommend books based upon my rating

Group the games you lose by the opening you played and what your opponent used against them. Then look up games similar played by GM's and find out what they did in those situations. More important find out why.
Then you can find out which books based on why they played a move you missed during games. Come to this public forum and ask for specific books on that subject instead of getting a list of a couple of books that you may not need at the moment. Say for example you get all these books on pawns, B vs N, Space and etc. But you need a book on how to attack the caslted position as you see something that may end the game in a couple of your games. But you just stare at the board and it stares back at you in a game. Tic tic tic and now starting to panic.
The above does 2 things when you take GM where find yourself in a similar situation. If it what they did work then it more than likely will do wonders against your opponents. Saves you free time finding the chapter you need to read and then you still have to read it. Yes time is a factor as who wants to keep making the same mistake over and over and spend time and energy avoiding that situation till you find material on it. Find the solution then get the correct book on it.
Example: Say you like to break the rules of the opening about developing your many pieces. Say your a player that wants to bring out the Knights, Bishop and few pawns and go crazy on your opponent. Yes this has worked..... "legal mate". Many books are structured and you will more than likely find that by looking at titled players games. Chess is about your style of creativity. Yeah Silman books have lots of knowledge in them. I find them too rule based and slows down my thought process leaving me staring at the board and overthinking.
We have 1,000 of players with your similar playing style. Find a few that know how to win tough games and duplicate. Hey that is what we do when we read books. And when do find yourself about to buy a book review what others that have bought the book say about it first. I told you what i thought about Silman books.
Determine the level of the book. If your at Intermediate level more than likely you do not want a Beginner Book on the subject(s) or vice versa. A book too complicated for you to read at the moment might as well be a book on how to create the Universe in 5 easy steps.... for whom. That book will soon become a coloring book for any kids as they will see the same thing you see when read it..... bla bla bla.

Ok i just looked at your game page: Had to check your playing level.
1) Any book on basic Mating Patterns does not have to expensive
2) A book that just deals with basic End Games
3) The opening rules no need for a book just search chess.com, google, bing.com and etc. That wil save you wasted money.
4) List of e4 and d4 openings. Look at them and decide which gets your attention when you play them out. Again no need to get a book yet. Apply #3 which is above (opening rules).
5) A book on basic Tactics or if your serious get an advanced book on Tactics. Again this will stun the crap out of your opponets until you face advanced players.
6) A note book (cheap works if you want). Just to take notes on your games. It forces you to think about the moves and you can see your progress over the months.

Thanks for your valuable suggestions,
Well my problem is after developing my pieces in the opening,I dont know what to do , i dont have any plan, i wait for my opponent mistakes else i do it myself so i think any help in that direction would be appreciable.

the chess trainer on here is superb when it comes to openings, my beginings have become much better recently but i still appreciate there is much to do!

dude, your on your way to getting better. Based on the game you posted, you played well, first you develop your pieces, created some threats, then got some free bies in the middle game because of it, then when your ahead you simplified by exchanging pieces into a won endgame (pawn majority). Well played. What books to recommend? hmmm.....how about playing over capablancas games "My chess Career". hope it helps.

Ok i took a quick review of your game nothing in details. Good instincts.
Again you need to know mating patterns they are not just for the End Game they can happen early as the opening. Sure they may not work but the threat of them can be damanging to your opponent posisition.
But i think your issues are rushing and Mating Patterns. This might be because your playing live chess so much. Take this game http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=701869674
9.dxe5 could have been replaced with 9. Nxe5 followed by a threat to play f4 later.
In this game http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=701844380 i think your opponent looked at your database an saw your weakness in your games. They took your strengths away when they had a chance.
