There it goes again on the Forum at Chess.com.  It's hopeless to even try to change it for the better.  It's not about chess, but it is the way of very, very many people to have their fun with each other about anything but chess.  I've wasted way too much time on this forum.

Did you read the manual? I was told that there is a way in there, that if you follow it step-by-step, you'lll get much better results. It's been awhile since I read it, so I don't recall the details.
