following the twitter stuff yesterday, it was nice to see some banter between the players. They obviously know one another fairly well, and from the outside there is a perception of them all having robotic personalities...

Well... turns out he didn't. But in the next 3 rounds he faces Naka, Adams and Nepo, so I think there's a good chance he'll have at least a positive score going into the final round.
