Why does the rating change decrease with number of games?
Law of large numbers: if you've played a lot of games your rating can be assumed to reflect your true playing strength and your rating should be fairly stable.
If you've played a few games only, your rating can be expected to change considerably until it reflects your true strength. Your rating.will converge quicker if the rating change is bigger.
Does Piece matters during checkmate like if I checkmate by only queen or if I checkmate by Queen + Rock or if I checkmate by Rock + King + Pawn so does it matters like we get different points in different way of checkmate or it only depends on opponent score?

No, the only things that matter are the ratings of the players and their respective rating deviation values.
How does the point value of checkmate get calculated.
Sometimes it's 6pts sometimes it's 11pts or 9pts etc. Can somebody enlighten me on this?
