Get a couch.
Points.....:(
you might try either DOING WHAT THE COACH told you - - - to do - such as study chess .....
or, you might get a different coach as suggested by Ofgeniuskind.
obviously, if you have a coach - and you are still losing lots of games, then either you aren't listening to him/her and following directions - - - or you have a coach who isn't giving you good instructions.
at your level, studying endings daily will help in a few months, but studying tactics will help immediately, although being concerned in the short term - with one's rating is not a mature approach.

(old chess coach).

What did your coach say? Why come to us when you have a coach? Are you paying for the coach?
Get a couch.
No. A chair.
At this point, probably only a chaise lounge will work.
Being coached at 995 rapid? Waste of money, I got to the rating I am with no coaching.
I'm still improving but more slowly, I got to 1400 very fast from about the age of 13 when I started to 14. And I've played chess on and off ever since.
Not that I'm a master or anything but if you want to know what I did here it is.
Play loads of tactics trainer.
Play at least five 30/0 games of chess a day.
Play so much on weekends your mum wants to take you to the doctor.
Play OTB.
Then start playing on and off because you need to study for an actual career.
(Oh and make note of positional advantages along the way).
Not saying that's the professional way but that's what I did.
My rating is still slowly going up. I think my chess.com rapid is a bit low for my level atm (1695 as of current).
I took a long break from tactics trainer but I often miss moves so I started using that again and I'm trying out analyzing my own games in depth.
