Points are just number of posts. Posts on the forum are 1 point each, but I think also posts to your blog and maybe even messages you send people or messages posted in groups will get you 1 point (I'm not sure).
Notice now you have 1 point not zero! If you reply to my message then you'll have 2 etc.
How do we earn points? The one which are shown when you hover your cursor over a member(for example, a friend).
Mine always show 0 points even though I have was ranked 2 two times in a tournament!
