Posting a game?

Soooo not to sound stupid (which I probably am), how do you post a game in the forums? I have a hame that I recently lost, and would like people to be able to help me analyze it. Unfortunetly, I can't figure out how to post it so that people can play through it. Can someone help?
On computer there’s an icon that looks like a chessboard, click it and put in the PGN. On phone app, it’s impossible and best to just put link.
