Pre-move problems?

Actually this is still happening. I lose sometimes 5-10 seconds per premove, even when my opponents time is going down. My internet speed is really fast, so I have no clue why this is happening. I think this is a bug with pre moves, because it works perfectly without any premoves (it seems to be so). Please fix this, because I am not anble to play bullet at all.
I lost three games in bullet due to a premove problem, in which I lose 3 or more seconds everytime I pre-move. All three of my previous games were lost like this. Of course, I only play bullet for fun, but I would really like to know why this is happening.
