Premove not working

Hi guys.

I played bughouse and Premove did not work. Sometimes it does, but sometimes it does not.

I started premoves at 50-th move but it did not work so I had to move piece in real time...

As i heard, that problem exited a long time ago here, on chess.com so any idea how to fix this? Is the Problem on my side or is it on the server side?

Do you have premoves enabled in your settings?

Yes, of course I have. THe problem is that Premoves sometimes work fine (for example at the beginning of the game) but sometimes they dont.(for example, at the end of the games)  

Is it showing the outlined red and then not moving or is it just not doing anything?

 it just did not do anything. i had to grab piece and move it after my opp moved, i could not do any premove at the end of the game.
