Premoves in games should not be allowed

Are you kidding? Thats not why you are getting beat at bullet or blitz. Making that rule would be like election interference. Changing an existing rule to affect the outcome. Am I wrong?

Ya see ; pre-move is only helpful if you can think fast enough to utilize it. However ; I could see how someone who cant think as fast or accurate feeling as if it gave the ones who could an advantage.

It's not unfair if both players are allowed to remove

I prejack recaptures and it saves a few precious seconds. And there's plenty of people to play increment time controls with.
