Premoving In Bullet

There are players that will judt prove back and forth during bullet and will give zero effort to try and checkmate me in any way and then I lose by timeout by like one second. Is this a sportsmanlike way of playing bullet? I get that some have different views of chess.com and play for the ELO, it’s just odd to me that they think that a philosophy for good chess is moving your knight back and forth. A lot of times I can scholar mate them but I don’t understand their philosophy on trying to get better by chewing the clock like a madman.

sorry for the misspelling. First sentence is “Players that will just premove…”

That's exactly how bullet works bro. Don't play bullet if you don't like that, you shouldn't be playing bullet anyways.
