Preparation Help

I will be playing my first rating rapid tournament in may approx 1 month from today. I already have Standard rating. How to prepare for the tournament. I have 3 hours a day for whole april month and then 6 day I can spend as much time I want. So how to should I train my self to get a good rapid rating. [Because for my rapid rating my standard rating will be taken as base so].

Go through some tactical puzzles on this site. Best way imo. 

I have looked at your games.

In the first, on move 8 I think d5 is better than 0-0-0.  Advancing the d pawn gives you a safe position with a space advantage.  Q side castling leads to a dubious version of the sicilian dragon for white.

And certainly your 12th move was a blunder.  Had black replied bxc3 you lose a piece.

I would add to squishey's suggestion some endgame study and playing some games at rapid speed exactly as in a tournament, touch move etc.
