Depends on how effective vaccines are.
I imagine that they may be required for tournament participation in many countries but who knows.

Maybe... I’m not so-sure though. I hope so! But with the pandemic it’s not as easy to set up an entire Chess League.
Will there be a new season starting? I think it generally starts in January, but I know with the pandemic, the 2020 finals got pushed, so maybe the 2021 season opener will be delayed as well...
