It is Jan 10th, 17:33h (GMT -3), and I am experiencing the same issue.
It appeared to be solved yesterday afternoon and today morning, when the Ads were disabled. Now the Ads are back, the issue is also back.
At least it was how things look like to me.

I dont know about anyone else but this problem has worsened for me, its taking way to long to get into a game and when i do i am finding it difficult to submit moves. I am getting that pop up screen a lot more frequently too.
Im having problems lately on this site, everytime i log on, a pop up window tells me another script is running and slowing down my computer, im finding it difficult to submit moves. I have no other programme running and it is only on this site it happens. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
