Help and Support is probably the forum to post in, but if you want staff involvement, you need to file a ticket. Not saying they don't read these posts, but filing a ticket is usually the best approach.

Hi all, I'm using chess.com app on my mobile, and have a gold account. Suddenly I can no longer see new lessons, as the machine tells me I've reached the three lessons per day already, which is not true. The 25 tactics per day do refresh after 24h. Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Do you know who can I write to? I find no tech support email address. Thank you!
