Problems with my tournament stats not updating or changing.

Hello chess people! I just got back into playing and studying chess hardcore and my tournament stats are not updating or changing. I have been having this problem for quite a long time, before I took a break, and I can't find anyone who is having the same problem.

If you look at my profile's tournament stats it say's I have played:

Tournaments Played
 1

Points
 22

Games
 14
 

 9 64.3% Won

 5 35.7% Lost

I have played many tournament's since I joined the site on Feb 24, 2020. 

Today, I played about 10 Tournaments on my two accounts, 5 Rapid arenas/swiss & 5 Blitz arenas and after everyone of them I check my stats and, boom, nothing has been updated or changed.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please share with me, Thanks!

Yes! My tournament page says I've played in *zero* live tournaments, which just isn't true -- I've competed (poorly) in several of them. (I filed a bug report a week or so ago but have received no response.)

Tournament stats are only for Daily tournaments, not Live ones.

Except the FAQ  (here: https://support.chess.com/article/2007-how-do-i-see-my-tournament-stats-and-past-tournaments) indicates both should be available. And on the Tournaments page, there is an entire section in the right column for Live tournament stats. But it reads "0" for all my categories, when there definitely should be a *few* listed there.

Additionally (and possibly related), when I use advanced search to look for my live tournament games, it always shows zero. (Games from daily tournaments show up when they're supposed to; it's only the *live* tournament games that pretend they don't exist.)

Note: These live games from tournaments *do* show up in my archives, but are somehow not listed as tournament games.

I've now competed in five live tournaments over three months, but the "Live Tournament Stats" section still shows all zeroes on my Tournaments page. Zero events entered, zero withdrawals, zero games won/lost/drawn (should be something like 10-12-1), etc.

I thought you were discussing the Stats pages. Live tourneys show under Play > Tournaments

I'm not sure if it only counts certain types of tournaments or not. It may only count Swiss events. What kind of events are you playing?

edit: I'm fairly certain only Swiss events are counted after looking as some other profiles.

Ah. Maybe I'm only playing in arenas... Not sure why they wouldn't count, though.

That stat predates Arenas and when Arenas were implemented, that likely never was updated to consider those types of events. When the project came up to create the new event type, it was either decided they shouldn't count or no one thought about updating the tournament stats pages.
