losing an arm does help you lose weight. Not gonna lie. Probably more effective than any diet here. Just chop it off, ya know?

It's crazy to think playing chess could burn 6000 calories a day. That seems a bit much, but chess can definitely be tough on both the mind and body. Grandmasters stay fit for a reason.
