Proof that chomping on hanging pieces will get you to 2400 blitz

As you can see my opponents had over a minute left on their clock and still hanged their pieces like crazy.

I thought I was the only one who noticed how literally every blitz game in the 2000s is just decided by who can gobble up the most hanging pieces. I am glad you have finally silenced these low rated trolls by providing undeniable proof.

I can't believe these people just hang their pieces like that wtf? At least you're aren't talking about chess.com is rigged.

It's totally OK, just claim your victory, and move on in rating. When you get even higher, I believe the amount of hanging pieces will reduce, and you will face some decent opponents

That has never happened to me. When Ieaked at 2380ish a few weeks back. Cloest was hanging forks and tactical errors.

More likely you didnt see the hanging piece and chomp on it, otherwise you would be 2400 blitz

Can’t argue with evidence. You might be considered a troll on OTF, but your advice is undeniably correct.

You're acting like you can even fathom the level of play at 2100, let alone 2400. How about trying to break 2100 first before claiming this troll is correct.

If you are so sure of how bad 2400's are, why not go for 2500?. Don't say (oh i can't be bothered) we both know that ain't why. You just are not strong enough to reach 2500. Prove me wrong or admit i am right.

people above 1900 only make tactical mistakes about once every 20 games, most games at advanced levels are decided by strategy and knowledge of what results occur from what endgames

No, your 1800

And this is just hanging pieces. Imagine how often people hang a piece in TWO moves from a fork. I would estimate almost all blitz games below 2400 are won by a hanging piece or a two mover fork.

HangingPiecesChomper

why did this guy hang a piece with over 2 minutes left on his clock?

HangingPiecesChomper

this guy hung a mate in 1 for no reason

Idrinkyourhealth3

Lmfao the diagrams are evil , i hang pieces but not like #1, how is It even possible for a 2000+

Idrinkyourhealth3

After examining some of these diagrams i strongly believe i can easily get to 2400, my chess self esteem was ok but now its sky high

I play with 900 elo blitz players and they play fantastic, and then I see these 2000+ elo players and they hang pieces, which normally, should be the opposite.

It's because 900 rating player pool is filled with cheaters, sandbaggers, hackers, and bots. It's literally harder to get 1000 than playing in the 2000 range

HangingPiecesChomper

this guy decided to hang a full knight for no reason

TheEloCollector1
This feels kinda weird idk why.
