Pros in low elo games

So i might quit chess.com and switch to lichess cause in 50% of my lobbys i get ppl who play like 2000 elo when they are 700 elo and i dont stand a chance and just lose elo

Lichess doesn't make it any different. Players can learn without playing rated matches. For all you know your opponents studied enough in order to be 1500 rated, but they might be 700 either due to not playing or just not paying attention when playing. I'd be around 1400 if I would actually pay attention all the way through the game, but many players start a game, get caught up in something else (ex: you wait for your wife to finish shopping) and they resign/disconnect, losing rating in the process despite likely having a winning position. Same goes for Lichess or any other chess website.
