for me i cant rlly play much due to hotspot issues which is why i really grind at night from like idk 1 am all the way to 5 or 6 am while i am super tired but somehow i perform way better at night than in the day which can be a bit surprising and that makes me believe if this is actually psychological. does playing at night show better results for a player than in the day? or is it just in my head that there is some lucky belief in which players perform better at night?

In previous literature, athletes have been grouped together to study the optimum time to perform. In these cases, research shows that peak performance tends to occur in the early evening, between 6 and 8 p.m.

The majority of current research suggests that optimal athletic performance occurs in the late afternoon-early evening, coinciding with the peak of core body temperature (CBT acrophase; 16:00–18:00) [14].24 Oct 2018

I wouldn't know, I pretty much never play at night.

But I'm definitely a morning person so I would probably expect to do badly if I started playing at nightime.

I also prefer night hours when I want to focus well on a subject, its quieter so it's easier to focus btw I get better grades in the exams when study at nights lol

Every person has his own biorhythm.
Some are early birds, some are night owls.
Grandmasters usually adjust theit sleeping schedule to put their tournament game at the center of their time awake: when they play at night, they sleep long and go to bed late.
Nutrition also plays a role. Concentration goes down if you get hungry, but you get sleepy after a heavy meal.

Depending on your sleep patterns you may be more alert at night. I'm usually more alert in the mornings. Another thing is that at night you will play opponents selected at random from a different pool than if it were day. It may be that it's a weaker pool, ability against grade or rating.
