Puzzle Problem Explained

Hey, I still need more help in my puzzle problems.

In this puzzle, IDK which move I should play as the best. In this case, I played Qxd5, knowing that both queen and bishop are pinned in the same diagonal, but chess.com determined that my answer is incorrect. They showed that Bc4 is the correct solution, to be honest.

And I discovered another solution here again. I guessed my move Qxd5 should be a correct answer to this solution, as well as Bc4. Do anybody agrees with my opinion to this problem? Just LMK with your own ideas and explanations. The first one to comment below will be requested a random daily challenge!

Looks like a free bishop to me with Bc4.  No need to trade queens.  Notice that c4 is also covered by your protected knight so black's Q is lost if he captures the bishop on c4.  Please don't challenge me though; I'm retired from playing chess (too stressful...sigh).

Bc4 immediately creates a threat, attack to the Q! And there is no escape: bishop is defended and you cannot capture it with queen, also if you move your queen anywhere else, white takes the bishop of black!

But QxQ is bad, releases tension with no gain.

If you want to improve your tactical abilities, check my videos. I explain them with a good paste.
