What is considered a Good puzzle rating?

"Good" is relative.

I agree. What may be "good" for you may be someone else's "excelent" or even "terrible". Don't compare yourself to others, compaere yourself to your past, and your goals.

@Andeezo think of puzzles like a test. IF we all gave same answers, the test would be worthless. We each have different strengths (ability to see diagonal attacks or back-rank mates while others are better with Knight work) etc.

It's almost the perfect example of when "It depends" fits the best is relative. It's a training tool like lifting weights. Good question.
