There are no Puzzle Rush ratings, only best scores.
As for your Puzzles rating (which has a lot more time available) it's not so different to the comparison between my blitz and puzzles. [EDIT: I see your 3 and 4 minute puzzle rush best could be improved. Also you should be able to get a much better survival score, if you have a 2400 puzzles rating!]

If your puzzles is 2400 and your blitz is 1650 that means either your openings aren’t working or you are missing tactics while playing.
It's only remotely relevant, as in puzzles you can spend minutes solving a puzzle, while in blitz you only have minutes for the whole game. Puzzle Rush (5 min and 3 min, not survival) and Puzzle Battle are more relevant to blitz. Chesfanatic's blitz rating suggests he should be able to improve his ratings at these.

I faced few unfairly rated puzzles as well. Is there a way to escalate this to chess.com staff?
