It shouldn't be the case though. I have not had that problem so far (but I have since used up my free trial).
You can always try the free trial and cancel it on the 7th day. I can't remember if you need to provide the credit/debit card details while signing up for the free trial or not.

Hi, I've been playing puzzle rush for a while now. I could only play one 5 min game a day because I don't pay a fee. I have now found out that when I sign in to play puzzle rush I can't. It will continuously ask me to try the trial payment plans free for a week and won't allow me to play until I do. Is it possible to login and play one 5 min puzzle rush or do we have to try the trial to allow us to play puzzle rush? I feel like I have been banned from playing puzzle rush. I do not want to try the free trial because I don't have a credit card. Thank you.
First thing to try is clearing your cache. If that doesn't work, open a ticket.
