Puzzle Rush puzzle ratings?

I don't understand the puzzle rush numbers (the ones in the green boxes) versus the actual rating of the puzzle that needs to be solved.  For example my first puzzle rush 'green' box rating that I'm doing right now is 185, however the puzzle itself is rated 737.  How are the two figures related?

For example - here is a game of puzzle rush survival that I'm currently playing:

So the first three puzzles are rated as 185, 226 and 280 according to the green boxes, however if I open each of the individual puzzles I see this:

So the puzzle behind the 185 box is rated 737

The puzzle behind the 226 box is rated 784

and the puzzle behind the 280 box is rated 1178.

I'm not complaining about anything, I'm just interested to know why the two figures are different.

I just did a puzzle rush and saw the same thing. First puzzle I got said 156, I got it wrong, and when I opened to check it said it had a rating of 1473 (puzzle #50246 for reference). I checked the other puzzles and none of the numbers appear to match (though the other were closer than 1300 apart which is something I guess).
