I'm rated 2800 in puzzles but for some reason I keep getting 1800-2000 level puzzles which give me only 5 points if I solve them and -20 if I get them wrong. does anyone know how to fix this?

There's a new puzzle system and the ratings shown in the interface don't currently match the ones being used to choose the them or the puzzle's actually ratings. That should be fixed sometime soon.
