I have reset after making it through all the tiers in the new puzzle system but now it will not allow me passed the first level of the first tier.
Once the progress bar fills up it just resets & I do not move to level 2.
Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, then they upgrade your little pawn like a "prestige", I think the pawns change material just like the tiers. I kind of wish they upgrades the chess pieces though, I think that would be cooler.
Maybe the plan is once you go through all the pawn material they will add piece promotion just to add more levels?

This has been fixed now for those impacted.
It's possible that it may drop you back to Wood 1 but should quickly get you to the correct place with a few correctly solved puzzles (depending on how many puzzles were completed while the bug was happening)
I am now on Prestige 3, I don't see any changes with my pawn.
On the apps there will be.
How do you know what prestige your on?

Am I allowed to write in this blog? If so, Martin I have something to ask. I’m doing every day free puzzles, I love it! Lately ever good lost puzzle is 5 point. Today I lost 4, I was busy to do the fifth one. I made a screenshot of it! It took me 24 points because I didn’t do it good. I think I did it good! I want my points back! Here the screenshot.
It's possible you accidentally hit hint but I know staff are aware that very occasionally happens and are looking into it.
What do you mean hit hint? But can you see what I mean? I didn’t put that horse there because he could be taken, and the king didn’t have to move! But i had to put him there because they commanded me. It’s to see with the simple looks.

I thought you meant you solved it correctly and got negative points.
The knight move is a forcing one. It doesn't matter what white does as it's mate next move.

It starts with the king on h2, and is a force mate sequence by going Ng4.
It’s true the pawn can take the Knight but then the Queen will slide to Qh6# and will be a quicker mate with the King still on h2.
The puzzle delays the mate by moving out of the Night check to h1. Once again, the black Queen slides over to Qh2+. The opposing Queen can block but the result is still mate when the black Queen takes the white Queen with Qxh2#.
Hope that helps, the puzzle looks right unless the whitw King somehow started on h1.
I did understand that , but i did it my way and result was the same but still I lost the points. Sorry, it’s complicated to explain. I couldn’t guess , I just tuk another way.
