Puzzles ratings changed?

Did they change the points system for puzzles? I would occasionally see a +1 for a wrong move partway through a solve, but I saw a few in a row this morning and then decided to play a really dumb move to start a puzzle. still got +1. Did the system change to participation prizes? honestly not a fan of the change. Sure it sucks when you get a few wrong before, but that's how you learn.

No, they haven't changed. Sounds like you ran into a "pending puzzle."
