I have a question: For views on profiles, is it one view per person, or can viewing it more than once increase the views?

It isn't one view per person as far as I know.

Every time someone looks at your profile it counts as a view. For example, If I went to your profile to check it out 14 times then that would add 14 views to your profile. 

Just something I have observed myself.

I don't believe that is the case, though it's possible it is session based.

Profile views are gone now, aren't they? I stopped seeing them about a month ago.

The profile views are still there. Just hover your pointer above your followers number and it will show you how many views you have.

I believe it is an every once an hour cooldown for views for each viewer. 

However, this could be wrong as I don't have any proof of this.

Oh no. 'Twas a joke. The view count is probably every time someone sees your profile, though it may just be one view per person.

Very unlikely that its 1 view per person.

Because I don't think that a whole 2,000 people know me.

No : Views only help your Ego.. unless your a Paranoid Schizophrenic then knowing that your being followed could lead to you deleting your account.
